We are a distance running club based out of Hamilton, Ontario that provides training opportunities and community for athletes who are striving to compete to the best of their abilities on the roads, trails, and track.

 

Our club started as a group of acquaintances with a shared love of the sport meeting for a run on January 1st, 2016. After that day, this group continued meeting daily for recovery runs and workouts, discussing training philosophies and coordinating racing together. Eventually, we found the activity of putting one foot in front of the other was much more enjoyable and fulfilling when shared with other driven, courageous, intelligent (and a little bit weird) athletes. It gave us renewed meaning to the age-old question, Why do I run? We’re excited to share our running experiences with more people, so if you can relate to our desire to find running excellence and a community to do it with, come see what we’re about!

Our athletes have a great deal of flexibility with regards to how often they participate in group runs and workouts, what goal races they are targeting, and what their training looks like on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis. Our doors are open to masters and senior athletes who are looking for coaching and regular training partners, as well as those who just want running company on the Dundas Valley Trails every once in a while. If you are planning to join us for a run, we meet at 11 West Park Avenue in Hamilton for:

 

1) Recovery runs every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 5:30pm

2) Workouts every Tuesday and Friday at 5:30pm

3) Long runs every Sunday at 8:30am
